We are developing AI Dubbing — a technology for automating dubbing with AI. Our main product is a professional tool for localization studios, already used by major industry players. 😎

Our global goal is to create an AI-powered dubbing solution that delivers a natural and enjoyable listening experience. We have deep expertise in speech synthesis and our own state-of-the-art voice cloning technology. Unlike companies that focus solely on cloning, we specialize in dubbing, tackling challenges such as emotion transfer and control, high-expressivity and naturalness dubbing.

Our automatic dubbing technology is among the most advanced on the market — designed to produce high-quality, natural-sounding speech while maintaining the original speaker’s intent and emotions. It can be tested through our self-service platform app.dubformer.ai or integrated via API.

We have worked with leading brands such as NBC Universal, BBC, Paramount, and Euronews, bringing our expertise to high-profile projects that demand the highest quality.

The role

You will be working on developing a video translation tool (and more) that heavily relies on AI components. Our scope of work is broad, ranging from building user and project management interfaces to developing a video translation editor, which requires seamless interaction with video and audio directly in the client application.

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer with a product mindset, empathy for users, the ability to take responsibility for individual tasks, and leadership in solving complex problems. A colleague who loves their work — creating amazing products.

What we expect from you:

• A genuine passion for your work and an understanding of what makes a high-quality product for people, as opposed to a quickly thrown-together “knockoff.”
• The ability to effectively develop both prototypes and production-ready components with high quality.
• A conscious and responsible approach to work: we are a small team with no dedicated testers (and ideally, we believe we shouldn’t need them), so your code should be reliable from the start. However, we don’t condemn mistakes — we see them as opportunities to learn.
• Sufficient experience in software development to be fully reliable in delivering any feature —from designing its architecture to deploying the final code — ensuring quality and maintainability at every step.

Bonus points if you:

• developed online audio/video/photo editors
• worked in a related field, such as working with audio/video or translation.
• have experience with AWS and application deployment.
